The story

Borgo Antonino Cascino, also known simply as Borgo Cascino, is a hamlet of fifty inhabitants, located about 12 kilometers from the city of Enna and is one of the oldest and most important villages in the province of Enna. It lies 414 meters above sea level, in a hilly area in central Sicily. It was built during the Fascist era (the eighteenth year of the twenty-year Fascist period) at the behest of Benito Mussolini, as part of the repopulation and agrarian reform program of the Sicilian large estates implemented by the government of the time.

The uniqueness and tradition handed down over the years, from local crops and produce to our dishes, full of authenticity.

For fifty years, our cuisine has captured the memories and stories of a life in the Sicilian hinterland. The slow-paced atmosphere among the hills completely envelops you in a truly relaxing experience.
